In accordance with the UCP 600 sub article 38, the undersigned Beneficiary retains his right to refuse to allow the Transferring Bank to advise amendment made under the original Documentary Credit to the Transferee. Therefore, the transferring Bank must obtain approval of the undersigned beneficiary before advising amendment to the transferee.

If you agree to these instructions, please advise the Transferee the terms and conditions of the transferred Credit and these instructions.

If l/We have requested you not to disclose the name of the party on whose behalf the credit was originally established, I/We nevertheless hereby exonerate you from all responsibility should the name of that party inadvertently be disclosed to the transferee. It is understood that no responsibility attaches to you should the documents disclose the name of the supplier to the ultimate buyer or to any other party.

Neither you nor your correspondents are to be responsible for genuineness, correctness or form of any document or documents or endorsement thereon, nor in the event of any misrepresentation as to the quantity, quality or value of any goods comprised therein nor for the shipper's charges on any such goods.

Should the undersigned Beneficiary request any change or modification to the terms of the transfer it will be made pursuant to a written request from the undersigned, bearing signature which is authenticated to your satisfaction.

Enclosed is the Letter of Credit so that you may endorse the transfer thereon.
